圆柱壳真空大开孔计算

【摘要】 对于开孔率超出标准范围,承受负压的大开孔容器可采用有限元软件ANSYS进行分析。从稳定性分析出发,大开孔接管不仅没有降低临界压力,反而提高了临界压力。从强度分析考虑,由于大开孔引起局部高应力而使强度下降,从而使其临界压力下降。

【Abstract】 Since the traditional method and common design software can not calculate the pressure vessel model with large opening,the finite element analysis was adopted to conduct stress analysis and carry out stress classification and checking for the calculation results.Series analysis showed the critical buckling pressure of cylinder with the large nozzle under external pressure could be increased in view of the stability.But critical buckling pressure could be decreased in view of the strength analysis.So the critical buckling pressure lie on the strength.
