芯棒形式对纯铝-316L不锈钢复合管冷推弯成形的影响研究

【摘要】 为探讨纯铝-316L不锈钢双金属弯头的塑性成形规律,采用有限元方法对小同芯捧形式下的复合管冷推弯进行了研究,根据模拟结果对纯铝-316L不锈钢双金属弯头进行了实际冷推弯成形。模拟结果表明,采用刚性芯棒壁厚均匀性最好;采用刚性芯棒及低熔点合金的柔性芯棒,弯头中部椭圆度分别为3.44%、4.32%;和刚性芯棒相比,采用低熔点合金作为芯棒时界面剪应力较小。实际成形实验表明,采用低熔点合金作为柔性芯棒对纯铝-316L不锈钢复合管进行塑性成形,界面无分层。

【Abstract】 To explore the plastic forming characteristics of A1-316LSS clad elbow,the FEM was adopted to investigate the push-bending effects of clad elbow under the condition of different mandrel styles.Furthermore,the practical forming was conducted according to the simulation results.The simulation results showed that,the uniformity of wall thickness was best when the rigid mandrel was chosen.The ovality in the middle part of clad elbow was 3.44%and 4.32%,respectively.In addition,the interface shear stress was smaller by using the mandrel of low melting point alloy compared to the rigid mandrel.The experiment results indicated that A1-316LSS clad elbows without separation at the interface could be fabricated by using the mandrel of low melting point alloy in the cold push-bending process.
