304/Q235内衬式冶金复合管对接焊接接头组织性能研究

【摘要】 采用TIG和MIG实现了304/Q235内衬式冶金复合管的对接焊接,并对焊接接头成分、组织和性能进行分析研究。结果表明焊接接头抗拉强度可达480MPa,冲击功可达113∫;打底和过渡层Cr、Ni含量可达16.44%、9.67%,说明对接接头耐蚀性不低于复合管;在焊接热循环作用下,焊接接头附近处覆层和基层没出现开裂,表明复合管结合性能良好。

【Abstract】 TIG and MIG were used to join 304/Q235 lining metallurgical composite pipe by butt welding.Compositions,microstructure and properties of the welded joints were analyzed and investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength of the welded joint was up to 480MPa,the impact energy was up to 113J;Cr and Ni contents in the matrix and the transitional layer were up to 16.44%and 9.67%,respectively.The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of butt joint was less than that of the composite pipe.Moreover,there was not any crack in the layer and matrix near the welded joints under the condition of welding heat cycle.The research results indicated that the welded composite pipe had good binding properties.
