【摘要】 针对泰钢950生产线冷轧产品清洁度低的问题,对影响清洁度的因素进行了全面分析,为工艺参数的优化提供了改进方向,通过增加脱脂清洗工序,并加强各工序工艺纪律、工艺通道、作业环境等的管理来实现产品清洁度的控制。
【Abstract】 in Taigang 950 production lines cold-rolled products low cleanliness of problems, affect the cleanliness factor to carry on the comprehensive analysis for the optimization of process parameters,provides the improvement direction,through the addition of degreasing and cleaning process,and strengthen the process discipline, process,operation environment and channel management to realize product cleanliness control.
