中厚板全液压矫直机的现状及发展

【摘要】 随着中厚板厂家新一轮的技术竞争开始,如何提高矫直机对耐磨板的矫直质量已成为下阶段中厚板所面临的问题。本文通过中厚板全液压矫直机的技术特点介绍,分析了耐磨板在矫直过程中的特性,为下一步的矫直机的技术发展提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Starting with new technology competition in Plate Mill,the quality of wear-resisting plate is a key problem for the leveler.The paper introduce technology character of plate hydraulic leveler,analysis leveling deformation of plate with high strength,help the next technology development of plate leveler.
