700MPa以上级低成本热轧超细晶双相钢的开发

【摘要】 本文对轧后采用连续冷却方式时,终轧温度对低Si含Nb热轧双相钢组织和性能的影响进行了研究。随着终轧温度的升高,组织中铁素体百分含量降低,铁素体晶粒尺寸变化不大,约为3-4μm之间;终轧温度对屈服强度影响不大,但随着终轧温度的升高,抗拉强度增大,屈强比和延伸率降低,n值升高。优化工艺窗口可得到抗拉强度750MPa以上,屈强比低于0.66,n值大于0.17,延伸率高于22.5%的双相钢板。
【Abstract】 In this article,the effect of finishing temperature on low-Si and Nb-containing dual phase steel has been studied based on the continuous cooling method.With the rise of finishing temperature,ferrite volume fraction reduces and ferrite grain size is about 3-4μm.The effect of finishing temperature on yield strength is small,and as the finishing temperature rises,tensile strength increases and yield ratio and elongation decrease.Through the optimize of processing window,a high strength dual phase steel sheet with tensile strength of≥750MP,yield ratio of≤0.17,and n-value of≥0.17 and the elongation of≥22.5%has been developed in this work.
