线棒材热轧过程数值仿真系统的研究

【摘要】 线棒材轧制属于高温大变形塑性成形过程,存在温度—变形—微观组织演变强耦合效应。为解决线棒材连轧过程孔型设计、速度制度、温降与组织性能等产品质量控制等关键技术问题,本文开发了适合于线棒材高温连轧子孔型设计CARD模块及其连轧过程数值仿真系统,并以螺纹钢等为对象,进行了线棒材孔型设计、过程仿真和组织晶粒度预测等方面的研究。
【Abstract】 Wire and bar rolling is high-temperature and large-deformation plastic forming process,which including strong coupling effects of temperature,deformation and evolution of microstructure.The CARD module applied in pass design and numerical simulation system of hot bar continuous rolling were developed to solve the key technical problems of product quality control during wire and bar continuous rolling process,such as pass design,velocity and temperature schedule,evolution of microstructure and property prediction,etc.And taking thread steel as research object,the studies of wire and bar rolling technology were carried out including pass design,process simulation and prediction of grain size.
