棒线材热连轧过程微观组织演变的预测

【摘要】 借助MSC.Marc软件及其二次开发功能,结合GCr15钢的微观组织演变模型与TTT曲线,分别建立了GCr15钢棒线材控制轧制过程与控制冷却过程的有限元模型。预测了GCr15钢棒线材控制轧制过程的温度与奥氏体晶粒尺寸的演变情况,控制冷却过程的温度变化与组织转变情况。模拟得到的温度、奥氏体晶粒尺寸及最终组织均与实际结果吻合较好。
【Abstract】 Based on the microstructure evolution model and TTT curve of GCr15 steel,FE models for the controlled rolling process and controlled cooling process of rod and wire were established with the aid of commercial software MSC.Marc and its user subroutine.The first FE model was used to predict the evolutions of the temperature and austenite grain size in rolled piece during the controlled rolling process.Temperature evolution and microstructure transformation during the controlled cooling were obtained by the second FE model.The simulated results of temperature,austenite grain size and final microstructure agree well with measured results.
