宝钢2050热连轧生产线卷取温度预测模拟研究

【摘要】 采用自行开发的热连轧组织性能预报系统软件,针对宝钢2050热连轧层流冷却生产线,修正建立了表面换热系数模型,计算了相变潜热对带钢温度的贡献,模拟研究了冷却模式、速度、厚度等对卷取温度的影响。结果表明建立的模型能够满足宝钢2050热连轧层流冷却卷取温度的预报精度,对实际生产具有较好的指导性作用。

【Abstract】 An integrated process modeling system was built for hot strip rolling,in which thermal,mechanical and metallurgical processes from reheating furnace to coiling of a steel strip had been numerically and successfully coupled together,enabling to predict and analyze microstructure and property evolution during hot rolling.With the help of the powerful tool,the cooling and coiling processes during hot strip rolling at 2050 HSM of Baosteel Co.,Ltd.were investigated.The heat transfer coefficient model was established,the contribution of phase transformation latent heat to strip temperature was calculated,and the effect of process parameters(cooling patterns,velocity and thickness) on the coiling temperature was simulated.Results showed there is a good agreement between predicted temperature and measured temperature.The simulation can help steel makers to better understand their processing.
