埋偶测温法判定空冷过程中轧件心部相变温度的试验研究

【摘要】 为排除其他热扰影响,进行了埋偶直接检测空冷过程中40Cr钢试件心部温降的实验,获得了冷却过程中心部的冷却速率,判定了金属相变开始和结束温度,并与40Cr钢的CCT曲线进行了比较。研究表明,金属的相变潜热对冷却速率存在较为明显的影响,在使用恒速冷却模式下得到的CCT曲线对非恒速冷却过程中的相变开始温度、结束温度进行判定时,需要对判定结果进行修正。
【Abstract】 In order to excluding other effects of thermal interference,We have had a experiment to test temperature drop for 40Cr,which buried thermocouple in heart of the steel specimen under the air- cooling Conditions.At the same time,we obtained the cooling rate of the center.We determined the metal phase transition temperature of the beginning and end.It was compared with 40Cr CCT curves.Studies have shown that there is more obvious effects for cooling rate of the metal phase transition latent heat.If we have used CCT curves,which obtained form constant-speed cooling rate condition to determined phase transition starting and ending temperature in Non-Constant cooling rate condition,we need to amendment the results
