多道次带钢热轧中再结晶组织演变的元胞自动机模拟

【摘要】 基于物理冶金原理,本文将介观尺度的微观细织模拟扩展应用于带钢多道次热轧过程中的微观组织预报。通过建立整合元胞自动机模型对热轧带钢精轧7道次的再结晶过程进行了模拟,模型中充分考虑了热轧过程中各金属学现象的作用,为宏观热力作用与介观微观组织演变之间搭建了桥梁。模拟结果与宏观经验物理冶金模型的预报结果吻合良好。
【Abstract】 A mesoscopic cellular automaton model was developed to predict the microstructure structure evolution of the austenite recrystallization during multi-pass hot rolling of steel strip.This physically-based model has integrated the effects of the individual metallurgical phenomena related with the steel strip hot rolling,including hot deformation,static recrystallization, meta-dynamic recrystallization and dynamic recystallization etc.It provides a link of multi-scale modeling to bridge the macroscopic thermo-mechanical parameters and the mesoscopic microstructure,enabling both quantitative and topographic prediction of the microstructural evolution during industrial hot-rolling processing.The results were compared with the predictions of a previous empirically-based model and were found to be in good agreement.
