低碳高铌管线钢热轧电子实验室模型集成

【摘要】 针对X80管线钢生产中遇到的屈服强度偏低、屈强比偏高、DWTT不合等问题,拟结合太钢2250热连轧生产线建立低碳高铌管线钢的热连轧电子实验室,对上述问题进行模拟研究。热连轧电子实验室以微合金元素溶解与析出热力学及动力学模型、奥氏体再结晶及晶粒长大模型、应变诱导析出模型及平均流变应力模型等为基础,进行温度场、应力—应变场及组织演变场二场耦合计算。本文主要介绍组织演变场模拟中拟采用的模型及低碳高铌管线钢热连轧电子实验室的模型集成方案。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the reason,and to solve the problems,such as under the low limit of yield strength,above the high limit of yield strength ratio and failed DWTT properties in products of X80 pipeline steel, an e-lab rolling system for simulating how carbon high Niobium pipeline steel during hot strip rolling is planned to develop.The e-lab rolling system is based on a series of physical metallurgical models,which mainly include models for thermodynamics and kinetics of solid solution and precipitation of microalloyed elements,austenite recrystallization and grain growth,strain induced precipitation,and mean flow stress.Thermal changes and temperature field,deformation in roll gaps and stress/strain/strain rate distribution,as well as microstructure evolution are calculated in a coupled way.The proposed microstructure evolution models and the models integration scheme of the e-lab rolling system for simulating low carbon high niobium pipeline steel during hot strip rolling are discussed in this paper.
