热轧过程中几种轧辊材料表面粗糙度的变化研究

【摘要】 轧辊表面粗糙度是表征轧辊表面特性的一个重要参数。本文利用自行开发的材料高温磨损试验机,对高铬镍无限冷硬铸铁、高铬钢和高速钢三种轧辊材料在不同试验阶段(轧制公里数从0至19.7km)的表面粗糙度变化进行了试验研究。结果表明,高铬镍无限冷硬铸铁轧辊平均表面粗糙度R_a的变化经历了两个阶段,即轧辊表面由粗糙一光滑一粗糙,在轧制公里数0~6.4km范围内,随着轧制公里数的增加,轧辊平均表面粗糙度R_a由1.429μm逐渐减小至0.374μm,轧制公里数由6.4kmm增至19.7km,轧辊表面由光滑变得粗糙,即R_a由0.374μm增至1.070μm。而高铬钢和高速钢轧辊的平均表面粗糙度R_a的变化只经历了由粗糙到光滑的阶段,两种轧辊材料的表面粗糙度分别由初始态的2.021μm和2.12μm分别降至轧制公里数为19.7km时的0.283μm和0.298μm。本文认为,由于高铬镍无限冷便铸铁轧辊材料的基体和碳化物的硬度均小于高铬钢和高速钢轧辊材料的基体和碳化物的硬度,所以高铬钢和高速钢轧辊材料的耐磨性好于高铬镍无限冷硬铸铁轧辊材料。而高速钢的耐磨性和耐热疲劳性好于高铬钢,在相同试验阶段高速钢轧辊材料的表面粗糙度下降得比高铬钢轧辊材料慢,其表面粗糙度的保持性较好。

【Abstract】 The surface roughness of roll is an important parameter representing the surface characteristics of roll.Surface roughness changes of high Cr-Ni indefinite chill cast iron(IC),high Cr steel(Hi-Cr) and high speed steel rolls(HSS) during different test stage(rolling distance changed from 0 to 19.7km) were investigated using high temperature wear testing machine for materials developed by ourselves.The results indicated that the average surface roughness R_aof IC underwent two stages,that is,the roll surface changed from roughness to smooth and then changed from smooth to roughness.R_a of IC decreased from 1.429μm to 0.374μm as rolling distance increased from 0 to 6.4km,R_a of IC increased from 0.374um to 1.070μm as rolling distance increased from 6.4km to 19.7km.However,the changes of average surface roughness R_a of Hi-Cr steel and HSS underwent only one stage,that is,the roll surface changed from roughness to smooth.R_a of Hi-Cr and that of HSS changed from 2.021μm and 2.12μm to 0.283μm and 0.298μm as rolling distance increased from 0 to 19.7km,respectively.The different changes are attributed to microhardness of matrix and carbides of IC roll lessing than those of Hi-Cr and HSS rolls,the wear resistance of IC is superior to that of IC.Wear resistance and heat cycled fatigue resistance of HSS are superior to those of Hi-Cr,R_a of HSS roll decreased slowly than that of Hi-Cr roll at the same test stage.
