工矿及采矿用截齿温挤压精密成形工艺研究

【摘要】 以锻造后再机加工或者铸造工艺生产的截齿,不可避免地存在金属流线被切断、金属晶粒粗大和机械性能下降等缺陷,而以温挤压精密成形技术生产的截齿则不存在上述缺陷。本文以普通轴对称类截齿、局部大尺寸类截齿和带旋转翼类截齿为代表对其温挤压精密成形工艺进行了研究,分别提出了镦挤工艺、浮动组合模具镦挤和镦挤联合径向挤压的复合挤压等新工艺,解决了大高径比失稳、非轴对称径向旋转翼难充满等关键问题,实验结果表明成形质量良好。

【Abstract】 There are inevitably defects such as metal flow lines cut off,metal grain growth and mechanical properties degradation on the pick machined after being forged or casted;however,there are no above defects for the pick produced with precise warm extrusion forming technology.In this paper,we focus on the extrusion precision forming process represented by the common axisymmetric pick,local large-size pick as well as pick with rotary-wing,put forward the new technology separately such as upset-extrusion,floating die upset-extrusion and co-extrusion combining upset-extrusion with radial-extrusion,and solve the key issues such as the instability due to large ratio of height to diameter,the difficulties to fill non-axisymmetric radial rotary-wings,and the experimental results show that the forming is of good quality.
