热轧管线X65裂纹的成因

【摘要】 对热轧X65管线钢出现的横向裂纹进行了分析。观察该钢金相组织无明显缺陷。对屈服强度及抗拉强度、延伸率、冲击韧性测试表明该钢塑性及韧性良好。能谱分析表明裂纹处无明显成分偏析。表面被拉凹的铸坯在轧制过程中产生了应力集中,在严重时导致开裂。
【Abstract】 Analysis for fractures along transverse direction of hot rolled pipe line steel X65.There are no visible defects in their microstructures.Testing for tensile strength,yield strength,elongation percentage and dynamic ductility indicated the X65 steel possessed satisfying plasticity and tenacity.The results from energy spectrum test indicated no distinct segregation of composition near the fracture.The stress concentration occurs during the hot rolling for the slab with pits formed in the casting process,which lead to fracture when the stress concentration is serious.
