Mn18Cr18N钢护环热成形新工艺数值模拟的研究
DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW HOT FORGING TECHNOLOGY AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION STUDIED FOR Mn18Cr18N STEEL RETAINING RINGS

【摘要】 针对Mn18Cr18N(N=0.689%)钢护环自由锻成形时易出现开裂、组织性能不均匀、可控性差等难题,研究开发了坯料包套模内冲挤,分步扩挤复合成形等一系列省力成形新技术。通过热力模拟与计算机数值模拟,研究了复合热成形的机制,优化了实用的热力学参数,获得了所需的工艺过程信息与各种场量信息。
【Abstract】 In accordance with defects of cracking,uneven deformation and hard to control during open-die forging processes of Mn18Cr18N(N=0.689%) steel retaining rings,a new punching-extrusion forming and expanding-extrusion complex forming technology with an outer ring was developed.The mechanism and theory of complex hot forming was studied and optimized utility thermomechanical parameters by thermomechanical and numerical simulation methods.And obtained technology-processing information and all kinds of field quantum information which we required.
