锥形凹模缩口力计算中弯曲影响的研究

【摘要】 通过对缩口力计算研究现状较为全面的分析,就几组考虑弯曲作用影响与否的缩口力计算公式,包括采用主应力法并按幂函数规律的加工硬化条件导出的缩口力公式,以及在此基础上补充了计及弯曲影响的新公式,进行了较系统的比较,并作了缩口力的实验测试。研究的结果获得了一种定量的认识:在锥形凹模缩口中,弯曲作用对缩口变形力的计算精度影响不超过15%。
【Abstract】 Based on the general analysis to research situation of necking deformation pressure,the detailed comparison is carried out between several groups of formulas of calculating necking deformation pressure whether considering the bend influence or not,including two formulas:1 )the formula is set up by utilizing slab method and work-hardening according with power functional law;2) a new formula of necking deformation pressure is set up by considering the bend influence,And the necking experiments are made for testing above-mentioned formulas.By analyzing the comparable results,a quantitative cognition is obtained:the computed precision errors arisen from bend influence on deformation pressure of necking with cone-shaped die are not more than 15%。
