【摘要】 在ZW 41-16螺母多工位自动冷镦机上,通过特殊的成形方法,实现了螺母少无连皮的冷镦生产,材料损失(几何损失)降低了12%,并对无连皮化冷镦生产的工艺及模具设计问题进行了工艺研试,以便作为设计无几何损失的冷镦成形工艺参数及工艺装备的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The production of nut with little or no flash was practised in ZW41-16 multistage automatic cold former by applying special forming method.The waste materials(geometric wastes) were decreased by 12%.The process and die design of flashless cold upsetting method were researched and experimented,which offered a reference to the design of process variable and equipment of cold upsetting method having no geometric wastes.更多还原
