钢坯剪切机刀片堆焊修复技术研究

【摘要】 本文在分析剪切机刀片服役条件和性能要求的基础上,采用了表面堆焊修复技术,设计了刀片刃口堆焊合金成分,制定了刀片堆焊工艺路线。经堆焊修复后的刀片,现场使用情况表明,平均切钢量为本10.5万吨,使用寿命较原来新刀片提高一倍以上。
【Abstract】 In this article,based on the analysis of hot shearer serving conditions and its properties demanded in the practice,the composition of the alloy,which is used in the surfacing repairing of the hot shearer is designed here,so does the surfacing process.The practice result shows that after the surfacing repairing,,the average shearing amount is raising up to 10.5×10~4 tons,and its average life span is prolonged one more time.
