陶瓷粉末CIP成形过程的有限元模拟

【摘要】 本文采用有限元MARC软件对连铸水口粉末产品的冷等静压(CIP)成形过程进行了解析,重点分析了成形过程中粉体的流动和密度变化规律。结果表明,粉末产品的几何形状尺寸、模具形状对压密效果有极大影响,并提出了改进方案,从而可以快速有效地确定模具的最终理想形状,提高生产效率,提高粉末产品的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 A FEM numerical simulation to imitate the CIP process of ceramic powder for downspout is introduced. With the aid of the FEM software MARC,particular attention is paid to analyze the flow of the powder and the change of the density.It is shown that the geometry figure of the powder product and shape of mandril have great influence on the consolidation of powder product.And the improvement measures are proposed.So the FEM numerical simulation is an effective method to determine final ideal shape of die.At the same time the manufacture efficiency is improved,and the service life of powder product is prolonged.
