线性硬化材料拉、弯复合作用下弯曲的回弹理论分析

【摘要】 通过对线性硬化材料拉、弯复合作用下弯曲件回弹过程的分析,给出了回弹后,横截面上的残余应力分布及回弹半径和回弹角的理论公式,这些公式对纯弯矩弯曲和纯拉弯情况也适用。此外,本文还给出了一些有关线性硬化材料拉、弯复合弯曲的很有意义的结论,例如,同时减小回弹半径改变量和回弹角的条件。
【Abstract】 From the analyses of the springback processes of the bending workpiece of linear hardening materials bent by the combination of pulling and bending,the theoretical formulas of the residual stress on the cross section, the springback radius and the springback angle after springback are proposed,and these formulas can be used for the bendings by pure bending moment or pure pulling.In addition,some significant conclusions about the bending of linear handening materials by the combination of pulling and bending are derived,such as the condition under which the change of the springback radius in value and the springback angle are reduced.
