药皮组分对低氢碱性焊条稳弧性影响的研究

【摘要】 运用均匀设计法,设计了12种低氢碱性药皮配方,通过数学建模研究了焊条交流稳弧性的主要影响因素,并通过单因素及交互作用试验得出了主要因素对交流稳弧性的影响规律,提出了用"稳弧度"来评价交流稳弧性的新方法。结果表明:碳酸盐、萤石及石英对断弧长度有显著性影响,碳酸盐、萤石及铁合金对灭弧次数有显著性影响;用"稳弧度"来评价焊条稳弧性的方法是可行的;萤石含量增加,稳弧度降低且满足方程5;石英与萤石比值增大,稳弧度降低且满足方程6,碳酸盐与萤石比值增大,稳弧度先增大后减小,且满足关系式7。
【Abstract】 Twelve basic coating formula of low hydrogen type is designed by Uniform design method. Researched the main influencing factor of the alternating current arc stability by mathematical modeling and the obtained the influencing rule of the main factor to the alternating current arc stability by the single-factor and interaction experiment.The innovation of "Arc Stability Degree" is introduced to evaluate the alternating current arc stability.The results show that:Carbonates,fluorite and iron alloy have an significant impact on length of steady arc,Carbonates,fluorite and quartz have an significant impact on numbers of arc breaking;The method of using "Arc Stability Degree" to evaluate the alternating current arc stability is feasible;With increase of percentage of fluorite,Arc Stability Degree is decreased and meets the equation(5);With increase of the ratio of quartz and fluorite,Arc Stability Degree is decreased and meets the equation(6);With increase of the ratio of carbonate and fluorite,Arc Stability Degree is increased at first and then decreased and meets the equation(7).
