双相不锈钢2205匹配焊条的研制与脱渣性初探
The research and manufacture of duplex stainless steel 2205 electrode and the study on its slag detachability

【摘要】 研制了碱性低氢型双相不锈钢2205专用匹配焊条,确定采用CaF2-CaO-TiO2渣系,并通过准确的焊缝合金与药皮成分的设计,研制出的焊条具有优良的焊接工艺性能,并且在此基础上对影响焊条脱渣性的因素进行重点研究和讨论。
【Abstract】 the duplex stainless steel 2205 electrodes has been researched,and the CaF2-CaO-TiO2 slag system has been used in the manufacture of the electrode,and through the accurate design of the welding line alloy and the cover component,the electrodes that have been manufactured have a good performance in welding process.On the basis of that,the slag detachability have been researched and discussed on purpose.
