微合金化铸铁同质电焊条焊接工艺性能优化设计

【摘要】 本文通过对微合金化同质铸铁电焊条工艺性能评定发现,该焊条焊接工艺性能较差,表现在电弧稳定性差、药皮发红严重、熔渣覆盖性差等方面。对此,本文拟采取降低熔渣熔点,调整渣系,对药皮配方进行改良。研究发现当渣系为WCaO=33%,WCaF2=29%,WSiO2=11%时熔渣覆盖性好,电弧稳定好,焊缝成形美观。在药皮配方中加铝粉,可以提高焊条的导电性,增加药皮的脱氧能力,促进焊缝的石墨化过程。
【Abstract】 Via judging the welding performance of the micro alloying cast iron homogeneous electrode, the poor welding performance that is poor arc stability,serious medicine skin aglow and poor coverage slag was found.To this,this paper is to reduce the slag melting point,adjust the slag series,to improve the composition of the drug skin.An interesting thing is that when the content of CaO is 33%,the CaF2 is 29% and SiO2 is 11% in the slag,the arc is stable,while the weld is covered well and the weld shows beautiful appearance.Joining Al to drug skin can improve conductivity of the electrode,increase the deoxidation ability,and promote the process of graphitization.
