退火Cu粉和冷喷Cu涂层力学性能的微压痕法测试研究

【摘要】 本研究采用退火大颗粒Cu粉(-120+150 mesh,LERMPS Lab,France)在Cu基体上冷喷涂制备了Cu涂层。试验采用光镜和扫描电镜对颗粒和涂层的组织进行了表征,采用微压痕法测试了颗粒和涂层的力学性能,通过Oliver & Pharr方法对颗粒和涂层的载荷-位移曲线进行处理,计算出颗粒和涂层在不同变形程度下的弹性模量和显微硬度。结果表明:Cu涂层中的颗粒变形区的力学性能值高于Cu颗粒本身,且涂层中的颗粒大变形区的力学指标异于涂层中的微变形区,涂层中的颗粒微变形区的显微硬度值比弹性模量值分布均匀。冷喷涂过程中Cu颗粒在极短时间内发生强烈的塑性变形,对涂层起到了强烈的冷加工硬化作用,致使涂层的力学性能指标高于Cu颗粒。

【Abstract】 In this study,the large annealed copper powder(-120+150 mesh,LERMPS Lab,France) was cold sprayed on a copper substrate.Microstructures of the annealed copper particles and coating were characterized by OM and SEM,and the mechanical properties of the particles and coating were examined by a micro-indentation method.The elastic modulus and indentation hardness of the particles and coating were calculated by the Oliver & Pharr method under different deformation forces.Results show that the mechanical property of the deformed part of the deposited particles in the coating was higher than that of the feedstock particles,while the mechanical property of the large deformed zone of the deposited particles was the highest. The indentation hardness distributes more uniformly than the elastic modulus in the coating.The intensive plastic deformation of copper particles upon impacting exerted a strong cold workhardening effect on the coating, consequently causing the increase of mechanical property of the coating.
