钱塘江下游洪水实时预报系统研制

【摘要】 应用一维动床模型和水雨情实时遥测数据,基于C/S与B/S相结合的架构和GIS平台研制了钱塘江河口洪水实时预报系统。系统提供了洪水正向实时预报、下泄流量反向控制以及方案比较、结果查看等功能,经过2008年洪水实际运行的检验表明系统运行稳定、操作方便快捷、预报精度较高。
【Abstract】 In this paper a real-time flood forecast system in the Qiantang estuary is developed by using one dimensional mobile-bed model and real time water-rain telemetry data.The system is constructed based on GIS Platform and C/S、B/S combine structure.The Function of real time flood forecast、flood discharge volume flow reversion control、scheme comparison and result inquiry are supplied,the system stabilization、operability、high definition are proved at the 2008 flood time.
