三元复合驱采出液在抽油杆带扶正器且做轴向往复运动的油管中流动的压降

【摘要】 利用因次分析方法,建立了三元复合驱采出液在抽油杆带扶正器且做轴向往复运动的油管中流动的准则方程;利用现场试验所测得的数据及SAS软件对准则方程进行关联,得到了三元复合驱采出液在抽油杆带扶正器且做轴向往复运动的油管中流动的总压降关联公式;并分析了冲程、冲次、扶正器个数对总压降的影响。结果表明:其他参数固定时,总压降随冲程的增大而增大,随冲次的增大而增大,随扶正器个数的增多而增大。
【Abstract】 Based on the method of dimensional analysis,the criterion equation of the flow of the produced liquid of ASP-combinational flooding in tubing as rod with centralizers moving axially and reciprocally is established.With the values of the corresponding flow parameters measured through experiments and the criterion equation mentioned above,the correlation formula of the pressure drop of the flow of the produced liquid of ASP-combinational flooding in tubing as rod with centralizers moving axially and reciprocally is obtained by the regression analysis using SAS software.Finally, the influences of stroke,frequency and the number of centralizers on the total pressure drop are analyzed.The results show that the total pressure drop increases with the stroke,the frequency and the number of centralizes under the condition that other parameters are uniform.
