管道车在有压管道中运动的试验研究

【摘要】 筒装料管道水力输送是一种新的管道水力输送技术。管道车作为该输送方式的重要组成部分,其运动性状既决定了物料输送量的大小,也会直接影响输送过程的能量消耗,从而决定了物料输送的成本和经济效益。本研究主要对管道车在试验管段内的运动性状进行了研究。结果表明,管道车在管道中的运动可近似的看成是匀速运动。并且发现,管道车的运动速度和管内各断面液体压头变化,都与管道车荷重和液体流动雷诺数有关,雷诺数的影响大于管道车荷重的影响。其研究成果为筒装料管道水力输送新技术的发展提供一定理论基础。
【Abstract】 The piped hydraulic transportation of tube-contained raw material is a new technique of the piped hydraulic transportation.The piped carriage is an important component part of the transportation technique.Its motional character does not only decide the bulk of the materials handling,but also affect directly the energy consumption of the convey.As a result,it decides the cost and economic benefit of the materials handling.The motional character of piped carriage in the experimental pipeline was researched in the paper.The result showed the motion of the piped carriage was regarded as uniform motion approximately in the pipeline.Further,the motion velocity of the piped carriage and the liquid head of the different section in the pipeline were related to the loads of the piped carriage and the Reynolds number of the fluid flow and that the effect of the Reynolds number was more than the loads of the piped carriage.These conclusions will have supplied theoretical basis for the development of the piped hydraulic transportation technique of tube-contained raw material.
