利用热时模型研究卷烟外观质量贮存期间变化规律

【摘要】 在研究贮存地区地理特征基础上,分析卷烟烟支外观品质的变化与温度的关系,建立了贮存期间白度变化的热时模型,利用局部拟合观察卷烟贮存期间的品质变化。模型及两组数据的局部拟合,应用于贮存在六个城市的七种卷烟两年期间的白度分析,发现了品质变化的15℃规律,以及地域和季节性变化规律。热时模型和局部拟合是研究卷烟贮存期间烟支外观品质变化的一种有效方法,为不同地区调节卷烟贮存和流通环境温度,确定贮存期限提供了数值依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the geographic characteristics,the thermal times models of physical quality for cigarettes were built.With the method of partial regression,models were applied to research the relationship between the temperature and the brightness of the cigarette paper wrapped.In six different cities in China,the deviations of the brightness of seven products during two years storage were analyzed.The result showed that 15℃ was the lowest temperature at which the brightness began to decrease significantly and higher environmental storage temperature with higher changes of quality for cigarette products.Thermal time model is an effective method which can be applied in the storage and transports of cigarettes.
