150-250K温区低温环路热管的降温启动研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种150-250K温区低温环路热管的降温启动特性,该低温环路热管不使用次蒸发器,利用冷凝器上的驱动加热辅助环路热管的降温,减小降温时间;通过对蒸发器的辅助加热,实现该温区低温环路热管的启动。在实验中,以乙烷作为工质,通过在冷凝器上施加4W的加热功率,可令环路热管降温所需时间减少一半。另外,为保证在蒸发器和液池之间形成工质蒸发所需的温度过热度,对蒸发器上辅助启动加热片施加5.7W的加热功率,促使该温区低温环路热管启动。
【Abstract】 This article introduces a cryogenic loop heat pipe(CLHP) operating between 150K and 250K.The temperature decrease rate and starting process of this CLHP are investigated.Drive heaters on the condenser and evaporator are used here to accelerate the temperature decrease rate and facilitate the start of CLHP,separately.In this CLHP,ethane is chosen as the working fluid.4W power is implemented on the condenser heater to increase the temperature decrease rate by 50%.In addition,5.7W of the evaporator drive heater power guarantees the enough superheat between the evaporator and compensation chamber which is necessary for the evaporation of the working fluid in the evaporator and the start of CLHP.
