【摘要】 创新能力的培养是高职类学生素质教育的核心之一。在电子信息工程技术专业教学中探索创新人才培养模式,实行教学过程与企业生产流程相融合,教学内容与企业创新项目相融合,教学评价与ISO质量管理相融合,通过推行职业导师制、证书制、项目制、产品制和社会实践制五项制度,形成了"三融合、五位一体"的创新型人才培养模式,取得了丰硕的成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovative ability is one of the cores in the quality of vocational education of students.Innovative training model is explored in electronic information engineering.The teaching process and the production process,teaching contents and innovation projects,teaching evaluation and ISO quality management are integrated separatively.Through five system of the vocational tutor system,the certificate system,project system,the product system,the "three fusion,five in one" innovative training mode is constructed and the fruitful results is achieved.更多还原
