硅酸盐-铝酸盐体系中AZ31B镁合金微弧氧化工艺的优化

【摘要】 在硅酸盐—铝酸盐混合体系中对AZ31B镁合金进行微弧氧化处理。通过正交试验对电解液组成和成膜工艺参数进行了优化,得到了影响膜层耐蚀性、显微硬度和厚度的因素主次顺序、较优的电解液组成和工艺参数。将电解液组成和工艺参数对膜层耐蚀性、显微硬度以及厚度的影响进行对比可知,陶瓷膜的耐蚀性和厚度之间存在一定的相关性,而耐蚀性和显微硬度、以及厚度和显微硬度之间并没有显著的关联。

【Abstract】 Ceramic coatings for AZ31B magnesium alloy were developed by micro arc oxidation in silicate-aluminate solution. The orthogonal tests were carried out to optimize the electrolyte solution and processing parameters.The orders of these factors respectively influencing the coatings’corrosion resistance,micro hardness and thickness of the ceramic coatings were determined. The optimized electrolyte compositions and processing parameters were obtained finally.The results showed that there were some relationships between the corrosion resistance and the thickness.While no obvious relationships were observed neither between the corrosion resistance and the micro hardness nor between the thickness and micro hardness.
