镁合金AZ31B化学镀镍无铬前处理工艺研究
Research of Chrome-free Pretreatment for AZ31B Magnesium Alloy Electroless Nickel Plating

【摘要】 为在镁合金表面进行化学镀镍,提出了采用磷化工艺进行前处理的方法。直接观察和扫描电子显微镜观察结果表明,经磷化工艺处理后得到的碱性化学镀镍层具有良好的外观形貌。Tafel曲线测试表明,采用磷化前处理工艺得到的Ni-P合金镀层的耐蚀性随着磷化时间的延长呈现先增加后减小的趋势,当磷化时间为75s时,磷化层呈均匀灰黑色,效果最好,化学镀Ni-P合金后试样的腐蚀电势比镁合金直接化学镀镍层正移650mV,腐蚀电流下降3个数量级。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the technology of chrome-free pretreatment for magnesium alloy electroless nickel plating was studied.The results of Scanning Electronic Microscopy and grapes of nickel coatings revealed that the basic nickel plating coating on magnesium alloy by phosphorization pretreatment possesses good morphology.Tafel curve results showed that the erosion resistance of as gained coating increases firstly but decreases finally with phosphorization time increase.The best phosphorization time is 75 seconds,the obtained coating has a 650mV shuffle in erosion potential,and 3 orders of magnitude decreased in corrosion current density.These results evidently indicated that the phosphorization technology can greatly improve the erosion resistance property.
