环保型三价铬电镀新工艺(TRI-08)特性及维护

【摘要】 本文新近研究了一种以甲酸盐-羧酸盐作为络合剂的三价铬电镀新工艺,并对该溶液和镀层进行了性能测试。测试结果表明,该工艺所得镀层外观光泽明亮,光亮范围宽,镀液性能稳定,分散能力和覆盖能力好,镀液pH值易控制;镀层通过电化学测试和CASS试验,三价铬镀铬层的耐蚀性和六价铬镀层相当,可与国外同类工艺相比美。本文还研究了镀液的维护与调整。
【Abstract】 A new trivalent chromium plating process using formate-carboxylic acid salt as complexing agents is studied in this paper.The characteristics of the solution and layer are also tested.As a result,the layer has bright appearance and wide bright range,the solution has good stability,good throwing power and covering power,the pH is easy to control.Electrochemical test and CASS were used to investigate the corrosion resistance of the coating.The corrosion resistance of trivalent chromium coating is equivalent to hexavalent chromium coating.And it can compare to similar foreign technology.Maintenance and adjustment of the plating bath are also studied.
