【摘要】 首先介绍了施工中旋紧螺母时的扭矩与锚栓预紧力的关系方程,然后分别进行了单根螺杆、4根螺杆条件下试验测试,给出拧紧力矩系数的范围和变化规律。进行了不同压力条件下钢板和混凝土界面摩擦系数测试。测试表明,同一次施工时,不同荷载下拧紧力系数和摩擦系数近似保持常数;多次施工时2个参数的离散性较大。建议钢板在混凝土中锚固施工前进行参数标定,根据标定参数对现场施工进行定量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the relation equation between the torque to tightening the nuts and the tightening force in the bolts was introduced.Then,the experiments on the tightening torque coefficient of the single screw and the 4 screws were conducted and the value range and change trend were discussed.An experiment on friction coefficient between the steel plate and concrete under different pressures was also carried out.The results show that in once project the tightening torque coefficient and the friction coefficient are approximate constant value under different pressure.However in repeatedly construction,the two parameters have larger discreteness.It is suggested that the value of parameters should be calibrated before construction,based the calibration results the quantitative construction can be realized in site.更多还原
