古建筑木构件内部缺陷的应力波检测分析

【摘要】 无损检测手段是古建筑木构件检测与修缮的重要方法之一。试验对不同形状、不同面积的木构件内部孔洞进行应力波无损检测。通过检测结果,探讨了应力波测试仪在默认参数设置条件下对图像模拟的灵敏度和精确度;分析了应力波检测图形拟合面积T和实际挖凿孔洞面积S之间的数值关系与误差;提出了针对相应树种的应力波检测孔洞面积修正公式。并利用公式对古建筑更换下来的相同树种木构件进行缺陷验证,从而实现应力波无损检测手段对古建筑木构件内部缺陷的精确化判定。

【Abstract】 Non-destructive testing is one of the most important method for detecting and renovating work of ancient timber components.In this study some timber specimens with internal holes in different shapes and different proportions were tested by stress wave technique.According to the result of testing,the sensitivity and precision of stress wave instrument was discussed.The relationship and deviation between testing area T and actual area S were analyzed.The modifier formulas of stress wave testing area for different varieties of trees was proposed.By using the modifier formula,the applicability for some timber components which dismantled from ancient building and with same varieties was verified.It can be make the stress wave technique more accurate for internal defect assessment in ancient timber components.
