扣件式钢管模板支架整体搭设高度对其承载力影响的研究

【摘要】 结合《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》JGJ130-2001的修编工作,通过对扣件式钢管模板支架承载能力的系列试验研究,分析了在不同立杆间距搭设情况下,模板支架整体搭设高度对模板支架承载能力的影响,并利用有限元分析得到了模板支架整体搭设高度对模板支架承载能力的影响曲线,从试验及有限元分析结果中均可以看出,随着模板支架搭设高度的增加,其承载力降低,并且在立杆间距搭设较小的情况下,搭设高度增加将会使模板支架承载能力降低得更多。
【Abstract】 A series of experiments and analysis on formwork support with different geometric parameters were carried out combined with the revision of cede for scaffold(JGJ130-2001).The effects of formwork support height on its bearing capacity under different post spaces were analyzed.The influence curves of formwork support height were given.It was concluded that increasing the height of the formwork support would reduce the bearing capacity and the influence was much more evident under the condition that the post space was less distant.
