Construction Technology of Stayed Cable Net of Zijingang District Gymnasium Steel Roof in Zhejiang University

【摘要】 浙江大学紫金港校区体育馆钢屋盖由桅杆斜拉索网和网壳等构成,两者通过吊索连接,其中桅杆斜拉索网为预应力自平衡全张力结构,采用全封闭钢索。介绍了全封闭钢索的特性,综合考虑桅杆吊装、索网组装和张拉等因素,采用"桅杆直立安装后斜置、主动同步张拉背索后复拉校验落地稳定索、索网独立张拉后再与网壳连接"的施工方案,并进行了相应的拉索等效预张力找力分析、零状态找形分析、张拉环境温度影响分析及桅杆倾斜和背索张拉的过程分析,从而确定拉索无应力安装长度、施工张拉力等重要施工参数,掌握施工全过程状态,保证施工安全,为现场施工提供监控依据。
【Abstract】 The gymnasium steel roof in Zijingang District of Zhejiang University is composed of mast stayed cable net and reticulated shell,and both of them is connected with sling.The mast stayed cable net is prestressed self-balance with overall tensioning force structure,which applies overall closure steel cable.The characteristics of overall closure steel cable is introduced.Considering the factors of hoisting of mast,assembly and tensioning of cable net,the construction scheme is indicated,which is inclined mast setting after vertical installation,repeated tensioning and checking stable cable after active and synchronous tensioning dorsal cable,and connecting cable net with reticulated shell after dependent tensioning.Furthermore,the equivalent prestressed force-finding analysis,form-finding analysis in zero state,tensioning temperature influence analysis,process analysis of inclined mast setting and dorsal tensioning are introduced to determine the no-stress installation length of tensioning cable and tensioning force in construction and so on.
