【摘要】 目的:建立测定梗脉通颗粒中葛根素含量的方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定梗脉通颗粒中葛根素的含量,色谱柱为Diamonsil^TM C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-水（35:65）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:葛根素在9.4～112.8μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率分别为99.73%（RSD=1.57%）。结论:所建立的方法准确、可靠,专属性强,可有效控制梗脉通颗粒的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of puerarin in Gengmaitong granules by HPLC.METHODS The content of puerarin in Gengmaitong granules were determined by HPLC.Chromatographic conditions were as follows:Diamonsil^? C₁₈ column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 urn） as the stationary phase, methanol-water（35:65） as the mobile phase,the velocity of flow was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the temperature of coloum was 35°C and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. RESULTS The HPLC method has good linearity in determining the puerarin of Gengmaitong granules conten.The linear range of puerarin was 9.4¹12.8μg·mL^-1,r =0.999 9 and the average recovery was 99.73%（RSD =1.57%）.CONCLUTION The method was accurate,reliable and strong specificity.,which can be used to contral the quality of Gengmaitong granules.更多还原
