【摘要】 目的:了解济南市社区中老年居民健康饮食行为认知及饮食行为现状,分析其存在问题,为社区中老年居民饮食行为教育提供参考依据。方法:运用现况研究方法,采用自行设计问卷,对济南市1580名50岁以上社区中老年居民进行问卷调查。结果:社区中老年居民健康饮食行为认知率79.8%以上,对于被动吸烟引发疾病和戒烟有益健康的认知,不同性别间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。50.5%的中老年居民饮食结构不够合理:9.9%的中老年居民从不摄入豆腐和豆制品,35.4%的中老年居民从不摄入奶和奶制品,10.1%的中老年居民蔬菜水果摄入量≤1次/天,3.5%的中老年居民肉类摄入量≥4两/天,54.6%的中老年居民食盐摄入量≥4两/月。不同性别中老年居民饮食行为差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:济南社区中老年居民健康饮食行为认知率较高,饮食结构存在不足,不同性别间饮食行为存在差异,应加强针对性宣传教育,保障中老年居民的健康生活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate healthy dietary cognition and dietary behaviors in community-dwelling middle-aged and elderly,analyze existing problems,to provide references on middle-aged and elder health education.Methods:1580 community-dwelling people aged 50 and over were selected randomly for the investigation with questionnaires.Results:Healthy dietary cognitive rate was 79.8%and over in community-dwelling middle-aged and elderly.There was statistical significant in deferent gender(P<0.05) towards cognition of passive smoking inducing diseases and quitting smoke doing beneficial to health.Eating patterns of 50.5%middle-aged and elder people need improving:9.9% of them never took in bean curd or bean products;35.4%of them never took in milk or dairies;10.1%of them consumed fruits and vegetables only once or less per day;3.5%of them consumed meat over 200g per day;54.6%of them consumed salt over 200g per month.There was statistical significant in deferent gender(P<0.01).Conclusions:Healthy dietary cognitive rate appeared high in community-dwelling middle-aged and elderly in Jinan,while eating patterns had drawbacks and deferred in deferent genders. Health education aiming at this must be taken,so as to guarantee middle-aged and elder people’s healthy lives.更多还原
