低碳低硅冷镦钢(SWRCH6A)成分控制工艺实践

【摘要】 在马钢第三钢轧总厂50t转炉上采用双渣法和单渣法试验熔炼低碳低硅高铝冷镦钢SWRCH6A,通过过程控制和成分控制,熔炼得到成分合格的SWRCH6A钢种。试验结果表明,熔炼过程各工艺环节的钢液成分变化均能够满足钢种要求,但双渣法熔炼过程w[C]和w[Si]成分波动较小,单渣法熔炼过程前期批次成分波动较大,后期批次逐渐稳定。增碳和增硅的环节主要发生在吹Ar后和LF炉喂Ca线后。同时分析了熔炼过程发生成分波动以及增碳增硅的主要原因,为SWRCH6A生产提供技术和工艺参数。
【Abstract】 Trial production of low-carbon low-silicon cold-heading steel SWRCH6A with double-slag process and single-slag processes are carried out in the 50t converter of No.3 steelmaking & rolling works of Masteel.Through process control and composition control,SWRCH6A steel with qualified composition is successfully produced.Results show that composition variations of the steel in every technical aspects of the smelting process are able to meet requirements on the grade.For double-slag smelting process,however,w[C]and w[Si]has a less volatile components, while for single-slag melting process there is a big fluctuation in composition at the earlier phase and then fluctuation gradually stabilized.Carbon and silicon pickup occurs mainly after Ar bubbling and Ca line feed.Besides,the main causes of composition fluctuation and carbon and silicon pickup during the process are analyzed,providing technical and process parameters for SWRCH6A production.
