山东电网广域实时动态监测系统

【摘要】 基于同步相量测量技术的电网实时动态监测系统能在线监测系统动态过程的全貌,山东电网广域实时动态监测系统(WAMS)使用国产"北斗一号"卫星导航系统为同步相量测量单元(PMU)提供备用授时信号,并采用可观性分析和同调性分析结合的方法,对电网进行布点规划。电网广域实时动态监测系统主站为双机双网结构,采用Unix服务器,给出了拓扑结构图。对主站的基本功能(动态监测、在线低频震荡监视、扰动识别、与EMS互联、Web发布)及动态监测的可视化处理和特点进行了叙述。

【Abstract】 The full view of power system dynamic processe can be supervised by wide-area real time dynamic monitoring system (WAMS) based on synchronous phasor measurement (SPM) technology. Meanwhile, the recorded data of WAMS overcomes the weaknesses of traditional SCADA and digital fault recorders. Thus it offers a potential for significant improvement in global stability and transfer capability of interconnected power systems.The WAMS,which was developed by ShanDong Electric Power Dispatching Center ,cooperated with Sifang Company and Tsinghua University, firstly used "Beidou-1" navigation and positioning satellite as synchronization signals for Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs), and introduced a solution in theory into PMU distributing layout in the power system by integrating observability analysis and coherency analysis .The paper presents the system architecture, the basic principles, main functionality and characteristics of WAMS.A looking forward to the development of the WAMS is also briefed in the end.
