TP304H奥氏体耐热钢炉管的组织性能研究

【摘要】 本文对在高温高压下长期使用和发生过热爆管的TP304H奥氏体耐热钢组织性能进行研究,组织中除了从过饱和的奥氏体固溶体中析出Cr23C6碳化物,还沿晶界析出σ相,从造成钢的冲击韧性、塑性和抗氧化性能的降低,且使固溶体中产生晶界贫铬,增加晶间腐蚀敏感性;σ相析出的多少和钢材的损伤程度之间存在一定的联系。

【Abstract】 TP304H austenite heat-resisting boiler tube steel used in long term high temperature and pressure and takes place overheated leakage which microstructure and performance has been studied. The precipitate phase is σ along the crystal boundary, besides Cr23C6 carbide precipitated from over saturated austenite in the microstructure. This made the reducing of the impact toughness, plasticity and anti-oxidant performance of the steel, make firm solution produce the crystal boundary poor chromium, corrode sensitiveness while increasing brilliantly; Certain connection exists between the damage intensity and the amount of σ phase appears in the steel .
