【摘要】 目的亚硝基胍诱变选育乳链菌肽高产菌株。方法采用亚硝基胍诱变结合乳链菌肽抗性筛选的推理选育方案。结果通过选育获得一株乳链菌肽的高产菌株E-15,乳链菌肽产量为8250IU/mL,较出发菌株提高了65%。传代实验证明该菌株遗传性稳定。结论亚硝基胍诱变结合乳链菌肽抗性推理的选育可以提高乳酸链球菌的产素能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To screen high-yield strain of nisin by nitrosoguanidin mutagenesis.Methods Rational section with nitrosoguanidin combined with nisin. Results The nisin yield of selected strain E-15 is 8250 IU/mL increasing by 65% compared with ordinary strain.Pass-generation test showed that the heredity character of mutant strain F₂₀was stable.Conclusion The yield of nisin was elevated through nitrosoguanidin combined with nisin.更多还原
