【摘要】 目的:调查济南市区成人每日人均硒（Se）摄入量,并探讨血清硒（SSe）含量的参考值范围。方法:于2007年8月—2008年1月,以455名济南市区健康成人作为调查对象,采用七天膳食摄入表法进行每人每日硒摄入量调查;采用微波消解-氢化物发生-原子吸收分光光度法检测SSe,用分析软件SPSS11.5进行统计分析。结果济南市区健康成人每日人均摄入硒55.93μg,男性硒摄入量高于女性（P<0.05）,年龄对硒摄入量无影响。SSe含量为（61.75±13.10）μg,参考值范围(P_2.5～P_97.5)为（31.72～82.26）μg/L,男性SSe水平高于女性（P<0.05）,年龄对SSe水平没有显著影响。结论:本调查可以初步确定济南市区成人SSe的参考值范围;发现济南居民膳食硒摄入量及血清硒含量与国内外其他地区相比都处于低水平,建议居民适量饮食补硒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate per capita dietary Se intake and to study the serum concentration reference value of selenium of healthy adults in Jinan urban field.Methods:From August 2007 to January 2008,455 Jinan healthy subjects were recruited for filling in seven days dietary intakes questionnaire to investigate the dietary Se daily intake.Then the hydrogenation atomic absorption spectrometry（HGAAS） was applied to detect the concentration of serum Se after the samples were digested by microwave.Analyze the data by SPSS11.5.Results:Per capita dietary intake of Se of Jinan healthy adults was 55.93μg/d,and the selenium intake of male was higher than that of female（P<0.05）,selenium intake level was not influenced by age.Serum reference value(P_2.5～P_97.5)of Se for Jinan healthy adults was（31.72～82.26）μg /L. The serum selenium level of male was higher than that of female（P<0.05）,but the serum selenium level was not influenced by age.Conclusion The reference value of serum Se concentration of Jinan urban healthy adults were set initially according to the results of the detection,and this investigation showed that dietary Se intake and serum Se level of Jinan residents were lower than other internal or abroad regions,suggest that Jinan residents should take more Se-enriched foods or foiods in rich of Se.更多还原
