铝螯合剂对染铝大鼠脑组织中铝及必需元素的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨铝螯合剂去铁酮(deferiprone,DFP)对染铝大鼠脑组织中铝、锌、铜、铁、钙、镁等元素的影响。方法:AlCl3染毒Wistar大鼠4周后分别给予不同剂量的DFP 2周,测定脑组织中铝、锌、铜、铁、钙、镁含量。结果:各给药组脑铝含量显著低于铝染毒组(P<0.01),高剂量组恢复至阴性对照组水平;各给药组大鼠脑组织中锌、铜、铁、钙、镁的含量与阴性对照组比较差异均无统计学意义。结论:在一定剂量范围内,DFP有较强的排铝作用,同时可以维持脑组织中锌、铜、铁、钙、镁代谢平衡。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of 1,2-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-4-pyridone(deferiprone, DFP) on the content of aluminum(Al),zinc(Zn),copper(Cu),iron(Fe),calcium(Ca) and magnesium(Mg) in brain of rats induced by aluminum.Methods:The Wistar rats were administered with aluminum chloride for four weeks,and then given different doses of DFP for two weeks.The concentrations of Al,Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca and Mg in brain tissue were detected.Results:The aluminum concentration in brain of each drug administration group were significantly lower than that of aluminum-induced group (P<0.01).And that of high dose group return to the level of negative control group.To the Zn,Cu,Fe, Ca,and Mg contents,there is no statistical significance among all drug administration groups and negative control group in brain tissue.Conclusion:In a certain dose rang,the DFP can effectively promoting the elimination of Al,while maintaining Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca and Mg metabolism balance in brain of rats.
