【摘要】 目的:研究济南市区1005名成人血清中铜、锰含量,初步探讨其正常参考值范围;调查研究对象日常铜锰的摄入量,讨论其与血清含量的关系。方法:在2007年8月～2008年1月,采用填写七天膳食摄入表的方法,调查济南市区健康成年人的膳食铜锰的摄入情况;采用微波消解-原子吸收分光光度法检测血清中的铜锰,用统计分析软件SPSS11.5进行统计分析。结果:济南市区成年人血清铜含量为(0.91±0.26)mg/L,参考值范围0.38～1.37 mg/L,血清锰含量为(7.04±3.19)μg/L,参考值范围3.54～15.56μg/L。性别、年龄因素对SMn含量没有显著影响,SCu含量女性高于男性,并且随着年龄增长而稍有增加,男性略明显。济南市居民每日人均摄入铜1.78mg,锰4.21mg,性别和年龄对铜锰的摄入量无影响。结论:通过本实验可以初步确定济南市区成年人血清锰和铜的参考值范围;本次调查显示济南人均每日铜摄入量低于我国成人铜的适宜摄入量(AI)2 mg/d,而锰则高于AI(3.5 mg/d)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the concentrations and serum reference values of copper and manganese of 1005 healthy inhabitants in Jinan urban field;to investigate the dietary Cu and Mn intake and the relationship between dietary intake and serum concentrations of Jinan residents from August 2007 to January 2008.Methods Investigating the dietary Cu and Mn intake by filling in seven days dietary intakes questionnaire. Then atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) was applied respectively to detect the concentration of serum Mn and Cu after the samples were digested by microwave.Analyze the data by SPSS11.5.Results: The serum concentrations of Cu and Mn are(0.91±0.26)mg/L and(7.04±3.19)μg/L respectively,serum reference value of adult Cu and Mn are 0.38～1.37 mg/L and 3.54～15.56μg/L respectively.There are no differences of serum Mn between sex or age,the contents of serum Cu of female is higher than that of male,and raised by aging,especially for male.The dietary intake of Cu and Mn of Jinan residents are 1.78mg/d and 4.21mg/d respectively.Conclusion:The reference values of serum Mn and Cu concentrations of healthy people in Jinan urban field are set initially according to the results of the detection,and this investigation shows that the dietary intake of Mn of Jinan residents is higher than the adequate intakes (AI)(3.5mg/d),but Cu’s intake is lower than the AI(2mg/d).更多还原
