【摘要】 目的:研究铁之缘片和乳酸亚铁对大鼠缺铁性贫血的改善情况。方法:以低铁饲料喂饲雌性断乳Wistar大鼠4周建立缺铁性贫血大鼠模型。选血红蛋白含量低于100g/L的动物随机分5组,分别为缺铁对照组和低、高铁之缘片组及低、高乳酸亚铁组。比较实验前后体重、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)、血清铁(SI)及血清铁蛋白(SF)含量的变化。结果:铁之缘片和乳酸亚铁组均能显著增加缺铁性贫血大鼠的体重、血红蛋白、血清铁(SI)及血清铁蛋白(SF),能明显降低红细胞内游离原卟啉(FEP)含量,而且铁之缘片与乳酸亚铁组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:铁之缘片和乳酸亚铁具有改善大鼠缺铁性贫血的功能,且铁之缘片比乳酸亚铁的作用更显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of TIE ZHIYUAN and ferrous lactate on IDA rat.Methods:60 SPF weanling female Wistar rats weighing 50～60g were fed low iron diet for 4 weeks,and 50 of them with Hb less than 100g/L were randomly divided into 5 groups,the control group were given deionized water,and the other four groups were given the different concentrations of TIE ZHIYUAN or ferrous lactate for 30 days.The change of body weight,Hb,FEP,SI and SF of five groups were observed at last. Results:TIE ZHIYUAN or Ferrous Lactate can significantly increase the body weight of rats,Hb,SI and SF,can significantly reduce the FEP.TIE ZHIYUAN group and Ferrous Lactate group were significantly different.Conclusion:TIE ZHIYUAN or Ferrous Lactate can improve IDA in rats and the role of TIE ZHIYUAN are more obvious.更多还原
