【摘要】 目的:探讨晚期胰腺癌的介入化疗、立体定向放射综合治疗的临床疗效。方法:先选择性胰腺动脉化疗,药物:CF300mg、5-Fu1000～1500mg、CDDP60～80mg、健择1.2～2.0g,共4次。介入化疗后或两次介入之间行立体定向放射治疗,放疗采用4-6个适形野,总剂量为:35～45Gy,4～8Gy/次,3/w。结果:21例患者完全缓解(CR)42.85%(9/21),部分缓解(PR)42.85%(9/21),稳定(SD)4.76%(1/21),进展(PD)9.52%(2/21),总有效率(CR+PR)85.70%(18/21)。主观指标评估,2例临床症状完全消失,1 7例主观症状有所改善。结论:介入化疗结合立体放射治疗晚期胰腺癌不失为临床选用的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective.To study the combined therapy of interventional chemotherapy and stereotactic radiotherapy for advanced pancreas cancer.Methods.The first step was superselective pancreas artery chemotherapy with CF300mg、5-Fu1000～1500mg、CDDP60～80mg GEMZAR1.2～2. 0g.Four times was adopted.In the same time,RT was delivered using 3DCRT with dose 35～45 Gy, 4～8Gy/fraction,3/w.Results.All patients completed the plan,nine patients(42.85%) had completed response,seven patients had a partial response,one had stable disease and two patients had progression disease.The whole effective rate was 85.70%(CR9 and PR9).Subjective response defined as the disappearance of symptoms observed at diagnosis,two patients had a complete,and 17(80.9%) a partial remission of symptoms. Conclusions.Interventional chemotherapy combined with stereotactic radiotherapy was effective on advanced pancreas cancer.更多还原
