【摘要】 在中国经济面临转型升级的重要时期,如何促进微观层面企业的技术创新对于长期经济增长至关重要。本文研究了法律保护和金融发展对于企业技术创新强度和R&D研发决策的影响。通过一个简单的模型,分析了法治水平或者说法律保护程度能够引导金融资源投入到技术创新活动中去,并进而使经济体获得更高的经济增长;随着法律保护程度提高和金融发展规模的扩大,企业技术创新的强度也会增加。同时,利用世界银行2005年对我国120个城市的企业调查数据,实证检验了法律保护、金融发展对企业R&D投资的影响,我们的经验研究表明,在控制了企业特征、行业等因素后,企业所处地区法律保护水平的提高能够显著影响金融发展对与企业技术创新的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the important period of Chinese economy transformation and upgrading,how to promote the micro-level enterprise technological innovation is essential for long-term economic growth.This paper studies the impact of legal protection and financial development on enterprise technology innovation intensity and R & D decision.Through a simple model,we analyze the internal relations of rule of law,financial resources and technological innovation.The model findings show that,with the degree of legal protection and financial development in the expansion,the strength of the enterprises’ technological innovation will increase,and thus can contribute to economic growth.The same time,using a unique 2005 World Bank survey of Chinese firms in 120 cities,this paper the impacts of legal protection,financial development and on Chinese firms’ R&D investment.We find that the increase in enterprise in which legal protection in raising the level and degree of financial development will promote enterprises to participate in research and development activities,and a significant positive impact on R&D investment intensity after controlling for firm characteristics,industry and other factors.更多还原
